Projects

Each project is a synthesis of many different elements that need to be combined through a process in the right way in order to create the desired formation – your event. Each project at FREI is assigned to a Project Manager who takes responsibility and manages the project from the enquiry to assignment through pre-planning, preparation, on-site management to after the event.

Depending on the volume and the number of tasks the Project Manager will manage the project coordinators, the supervisors, the assistants.

  • Planning of all stages of the event
  • Set up and control time schedules 
  • Coordinate the different tasks and assign duties
  • Monitor progress
  • Communicate results to the client
  • Manage the on-site operations
  • Prepare final reports
